Recently I read a Small Business report that estimates 85 million people will start a new business in 2010. Most of them will be home based small businesses -- and most will fail. In fact, depending on who you read, somewhere between 50% to 90% will fail within the first year.

Amazing, isn't it -- that's somewhere between 42.5 and 76.5 million business failures! Or another way to put it: between 8.5 and 42.5 business successes!

I'm sure you'll agree -- its better to be in the success category!

What if you knew, with certainty, that you were setting your work from home company up to succeed from the get-go.?! Wouldn't that make you far more confident? And what if you knew, for sure, that you had all the top home based business tools you needed to be successful. You'd be feeling pretty sure of yourself, wouldn't you?

Well, to start, you should absolutely seek some expert advice in order to know you've got the right at home based business success plan in place, (based on your difinition of success), and you will shift the odds into your favor toward success and away from failure.

Many of those 85 million or so at home based business entrepreneurs will just blindly start doing something without having any sort of plan. Maybe they'll buy a product off the Internet that promises riches, (usunally too outrageous to be true), and attempt to get them to work.

There are probably far more viable businesses on the Internet that would work, if people took the time to plan their strategy for making them work. The key is to have a good solid foundation from which to launch your business.
